Owner's Representation

Owner's representation is the difference between getting a project that was delivered and getting the project the community actually wanted. Sun Bear sits at the table on the owner's side from the moment an RFP goes out through final commissioning, reviewing contractor bids, scrutinizing engineering decisions, validating change orders, and holding every party accountable to the original scope, schedule, and budget.

We work for the owner exclusively. We do not take fees from contractors, EPCs, or vendors, and we are not paid more when the project costs more. That alignment means the recommendations our clients receive are unambiguously in service of the community, the asset, and the long-term return.
