Design & Engineering
Engineering drawings can either get a project built or get it stuck in review. Most projects we inherit from other firms suffer from the same problems: civil, electrical, and structural teams that worked in parallel instead of coordinated, value engineering that compromised performance, and permit packages that were not pressure-tested against the authority that actually issues the permit.
Our design and engineering work runs the disciplines as a single integrated team, with constructability and operability informing decisions from the first sketch. We design for the project that will be funded, built, and operated, not the one that looks best in a render, and we sequence every package to the procurement, permitting, and financing milestones it has to clear.
