Most feasibility studies answer the wrong question. They confirm that the technology works and the site is suitable, then leave the harder questions of capital structure, regulatory risk, counterparty diligence, political environment, and execution capacity to the next phase. By the time those questions get asked, the project is already a year in and the answers are expensive.

We assess the resource, the engineering, and the cost the way every other firm does, and then we run the same level of analysis on the financing path, the regulatory exposure, the political environment, the counterparty risk, and the organizational capacity to execute. The result is a go/no-go recommendation backed by every dimension the project will actually have to clear, not just the technical ones.
