Quality issues that should have been caught at install get rediscovered at commissioning. Without disciplined construction management, the owner absorbs every one of those costs.

We run construction on the owner's behalf. We sequence the trades, manage the contractors, hold the schedule and the budget, and surface issues at the first sign rather than the last. For tribal nations and community-led clients, local workforce participation is built into how we structure the contracts, because every project we deliver should leave the community with more capacity than it had at groundbreaking.
