Sustainability.
Sun Bear translates climate ambition into capital. ESG advisory, IRA Direct Pay, grant writing, and the balance-sheet language that makes sustainable development pencil.
Sustainability has become both more rigorous and more cynical at the same time. Investors, regulators, and counterparties are asking for harder data. Plenty of corporate ESG programs are still built around glossy language and selective disclosure that does not survive scrutiny. The gap between the two is where most clients need work done.
We design ESG programs built to be measured. Materiality assessments, KPI infrastructure, climate-risk modeling, and disclosure to whatever framework the relevant audience uses: GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS S2, or a custom architecture for a specific investor or regulator. For tribal enterprises and indigenous-led organizations, ESG is also a vehicle to formalize sustainability values that have always been central to indigenous governance.
Beyond reporting, sustainability is a capital strategy. We structure IRA Direct Pay and transferable tax credit transactions, write federal and state grant applications, build CDFI and Green Bank partnerships, and assemble the capital stack that turns climate commitments into funded projects. The work moves from intention to ledger entry.

Due diligence, entity formation, and strategic analysis for the decisions that shape everything that follows. When the question is not whether to build, but whether to acquire, whether to stand up a new entity, or how the institution should be structured to hold the asset.
